Forgiveness Garden for the Self, Series.
What are they?
They are small art installations with a purpose that contain alive elements that need daily maintenance to continue their existence.
But what is a Forgiveness Garden exactly?
At the heart of the Forgiveness Garden for the Self, we offer a tangible art object that it exists to invite forgiveness into the heart of the owner.
It can be difficult to move past hardships that human being experience as they journey through life.
What is Forgiveness Gardens made of?
Forgiveness gardens are made of broken pottery pieces that are carefully put back together in an orderly, creative way.
Creating a Forgiveness Garden mimics the experience that a person might have to go through when they have to forgive themselves or others. For example, when a person dies after committing suicide, those left behind are left with the extremely exhausting emotional process of putting the pieces of their life back together in a way that they can find purpose in the midst of so much pain.
The Forgiveness Gardens might include pieces of jewelry; they are there to represent the joy and peace that can come from finding a way to forgiveness, either of the Self or of the other.

“The Real Word Ministries Inc.," is a 501c3 Non-Profit Tax Except Public Charity that was founded in Brooklyn, NY in 2018 by Fordham Alumni, Rickard Jean-Noel. Rickard Jean-Noel is a Haitian immigrant and a Clinical Social Worker who founded this charity to assist and empower those currently living in poverty and suffering from economic inequalities.
Together with the help of our proud supporters, we have been able to feed thousands of people, house hundreds of families, and speak to millions across the world. A record of our work can be found below:
THE GOAL IS TO RAISE OVER $1MILLION DOLLARS TO CONTINUE THE WORK
Most recently, we were fortunate enough to team up with an extremely talented Haitian Artist by the name of "Samuel "Sammo" Augustin" (http://www.galleryawa.com/new-page). Mr. Augustin has been creating and teaching art for 20 years, including in our New York City Public School System.
Through this partnership, we will be auctioning off over 120 pieces of art to help our humanitarian relief efforts. We are currently planning a humanitarian trip to the country of Haiti for August 2023. Efforts raised from this auction will go towards supporting this mission.

Tickets are $100.00, which includes a three course meal of: salad, main course dish (Chicken, Steak, or Salmon), desert, and 3 drinks (specialty alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages).

All proceeds will go towards continuing the mission of helping those living in poverty. The next goal is to go international to countries with severe poverty such as Haiti.
